These terms govern your use of toolzami.com and its tools (the "Service"), operated by Toolzami ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service
Toolzami offers free online tools that run in your web browser, without an account. We may add, change or remove tools and features at any time. We do not promise that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.
Your content
What you enter into a tool, and what the tool produces from it, remains yours. It is processed on your device and we do not receive it, as the Privacy Policy explains. You are responsible for having the right to use the data you work with and for how you use the results.
Acceptable use
When you use the Service, you agree not to:
- attack, probe or overload it, for example with automated requests at a volume that affects other visitors;
- use it to break the law or to infringe the rights of others;
- copy its pages, guides or design to offer them as your own, or suggest that Toolzami endorses you or your product.
Accuracy and disclaimer
We build and test the tools with care, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows. Check results before you rely on them, especially in production systems or for security, legal or financial decisions.
Some tools give estimates rather than exact results, and say so where they show them:
- Costs are calculated from the prices providers publish, as of the date shown. Prices can change at any time, and taxes, discounts and regional prices are not included. A calculation is an estimate, not a quote.
- Token counts are exact only where a tool labels them as exact; other counts are estimates.
- Previews of search results approximate how titles and descriptions are shortened. Search engines decide what they show.
- Decoding a JSON Web Token shows its contents but does not verify its signature.
Nothing on the Service is legal, financial or other professional advice.
Names of products and companies, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or Cursor, belong to their owners and are used only to say what a tool works with. Toolzami is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its text, design, logo and code, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. Open-source components remain under their own licenses. You may link to any page of the Service.
Links to other sites
The Service links to other websites, such as standards and providers' documentation. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Advertising
The Service shows ads served by Google AdSense. Ads are labeled and kept apart from the tools. We do not endorse the advertisers or what they offer.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or business interruption arising from the use of the Service or from being unable to use it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the Service after a change, the updated terms apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, whose competent courts settle disputes. If you use the Service as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
